Yes I love this soundtrack like crazy. "I am a man of constant sorrow." And do my mother and I sing and dance to it? Of course! I love my mom.

I have a bunch of Ted Dekker books, but I am not in the mood for them. I almost read some more Stephen King but I am in a romantic novel mood O.o soo any ideas along those lines would be nice too

Marching band starts up tomorrow. For freshman and BLT (band leadership team). I am on the blt as co-clarinet section leader with my friend. We have hard work for a hard, hot season ahead of us. Wish us luck!

I have hardly had time to update. I'm not so busy, but I just have a bunch of other things I have been doing. We did finally go to Washington DC for our marching band. It was pretty fun. It just seemed like more work than fun. Oh well.

There was a guy playing steel drums outside of the national archives. He was so cool, but while we were in line outside (an hour wait at least..and we were late) the cops came and started telling him he couldn't play there. And they were arguing, and we were all saying "We like him! Don't make him go.. " and I heard him say to another kid passing by "Yeah man I thought we were in America too."
It was upsetting but kinda cool to see in a way. It's something you would think only happens in movies until you really experience it lol.

So I am trying to write more. I promise. I want to. I wish I could get a writing prompt book, but I can't seem to find one......

OOH I got to go to Barnes and Noble for the first time. It was AMAZING. But we could only stay like 10 minutes.... no fair.

I come home from a bad day, a bad week. I'm thinking "finally some peace and relaxation."
WRONG.

My brother informs me that my whole folder on my new laptop is GONE.
Deleted.... non-existent.

All of my writings... 10 pages of my Devil's Blood story.
I just want to curl up and cry.........

We've checked the whole computer.. there's nothing. No text files, no game files, music.. nothing. Everything else is there, just that one folder.

Yes I am updating way too much and I apologize.

First things first.... I am totally in love with the Vitamin String Quartet! I love the sound and all the music they've done. Very amazing

Tomorrow is the annual Dinner Dance at my high school! I'm very excited. The top jazz band and the director's band play jazz music and we dance to it. It's like the band prom. I love it and couldn't wait till this year for it!
And they will be playing Swing Swing Swing which is like our favorite song now to dance to. We played it in our marching show.

Other than that I have a free weekend. There was The Amazing Race tonight for a bunch of groups in our school, but I didn't want to do it since I don't swim. That was one of the parts. I would love to have watched, but I decided to stay home and write.

And Yes I am working on my story. I really need to get something new up soon.. It bugs me.

Today for ASL, American Sign Language class, we had to go the whole day without talking.. We could sign or write, but no talking.

I did it!! It was so much fun in the classes with my friends who signed. A little less with noone.. But I had friends with good imaginations to entertain me.
My friend made up stories about me since he didn't understand me.

I definitely would love to do this more often.
It is a great experience too. It was also a good lesson for "think before you speak" because I couldn't say anything.



I am feeling much better by the way. Still kinda bleh in the mornings..
Today is my best friend Kyle's birthday, for those of you who know of him.
